Eric gave me a complimentary service call when it was determined that my opener was not transmitting a signal. My remotes only work in the garage. He even tried a new remote, but to no avail. An estimate to replace the opener was given to me via email. When I decide to replace my opener, I will pick Precision.

Everything about the service call was professional. Aside from the broken springs being replaced, the technicians identified several weaknesses in the door mechanism that were in need of attention and represented a safety risk. Mrs. Sherman, I am terribly sorry for any confusion. We will always honor any warranty given by Precision Door Service. Unfortunately, changing the light bulb on your garage door opener is a homeowner's responsibility and is not a warranty issue. Although we did come out this time and changed your bulb at no charge, next time you will have to make other arrangements. Thank you for your business!

You installed a unit in January and I had a problem with the sensor. You sent someone out right away (on Saturday) and it was fixed in 15 minutes. Anyone could sell you something. It is the service that builds a company. I would recommend you to anyone.

Your service technicians arrived on time. Their service truck was clean and very organized. I showed them the problem with the broken spring. The technicians took the time to show me the other damage that was done due to the broken spring. Witch I did not see. They preformed all the repaired work needed.
