WOW, called about getting an appointment for a non working garage door opener. The lovey lady taking the call arranged for a technician visit the same day. Precision came out on Sunday and expertly repaired my garage door which had a broken spring. My technician, Michael Gervais, was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I was most happy to have them come out without an extra charge for the weekend.

Our tech Adrian Esquivel was top notch. He was extremely knowledgeable and very polite and respectful. He explained to us why we were having all the malfunctions and replaced our lift motor. With this we got new remotes, new keypad and a new wall switch. I have used Precision in the past and have been quite pleased each time.

I had a significant failure of my garage door. Called them and they were able to come out the same day. Tim Wakefield was my Tech. He repaired the door and some damaged wiring in about 45 mins. Made some good recommendations for my consideration. Price was reasonable and fair I think. Will definitely call Precision again as needed.
