Strongly advise against. Technician showed up, looked at the garage door and began a negotiation on the repair & price. What started at almost $900 for a simple spring repair bargained down to $500. Agent signed the acceptance and receipt as I did not. VERY disappointed and feel scammed.

Precision came out on Sunday and expertly repaired my garage door which had a broken spring. My technician, Michael Gervais, was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I was most happy to have them come out without an extra charge for the weekend.

Our tech Adrian Esquivel was top notch. He was extremely knowledgeable and very polite and respectful. He explained to us why we were having all the malfunctions and replaced our lift motor.
