Precision installed my hurricane Door back in 2014 door and garage door opener. It was a great experience then service and upgraded to nylon wheels for smoother operation. Again, another great experience my spring broke yesterday and they got a technician here today to install new spring and service the door. The representative, Mr Prince Cantabr was excellent, very professional and did a great job. Strongly advise against. Technician showed up, looked at the garage door and began a negotiation on the repair & price. What started at almost $900 for a simple spring repair bargained down to $500. Agent signed the acceptance and receipt as I did not. VERY disappointed and feel scammed.
