Strongly advise against. Technician showed up, looked at the garage door and began a negotiation on the repair & price. What started at almost $900 for a simple spring repair bargained down to $500. Agent signed the acceptance and receipt as I did not. VERY disappointed and feel scammed.

Our garage door wouldn’t open , come to find out from the tech Ilana, whom from the minute she arrived was very professional. This company was referred to us from our neighbor. I called for service as my main garage door was totally dead/without power. Scheduler was able to get someone to me very quickly. Within an hour Logan (service technician) arrived. Within minutes he diagnosed the issue and began work. Within a couple hours the entire door opener and all needed hardware was replaced and better than new. Very impressive experience with your company.

He completed the job and cleaned up the workplace when finished. The job was finished in a very timely manner which allowed me to get on with my day. He was polite and answered every question. I made an appointment online and followed up with a phone call to Precision with the brand (Genie) and model of my malfunctioning opener. I was assured that all Techs were experienced and familiar with all brands. Tech took one look at the opener and commented "that thing is ancient." In fact it was installed 10/2021. He then asked "how many times per day is the door used" and before I could answer he said "and tell the truth." He made a couple of adjustments and identified a broken part in the opener. He process a bill for $300 and a quote for a new opener for $1,200. I then called Genie in hopes of purchasing the broken part. They informed me that it was still under warranty and they will send me an entire new unit for an $18 shipping charge. Two days later it arrived and I installed it myself in about 15 minutes. I thought Precision Garage Door Service of South Florida understood industry warranties more than a homeowner, but I guess not. I regret ever calling Precision.

In 2019, we had Precision Garage Doors put in 2 doors for us for $5900. They did an excellent job. We just got a quote from them for 2 more of the exact same doors; guess how much? In 6 years the price tripled!! They just quoted $17,600. Won't be happening in this lifetime. The 1 star is for the price.

We are very sorry that everything has gone up since 2019, we wish it wasn't the case. The doors we quoted you were insulated vs the uninsulated ones you received in 2019, that are no longer manufactured.

I was out of town when my wife called and said the garage door would not close. She sent me a photo of what looked like a broken drive belt. I made a call for service and within 2 hours the door was repaired. Folks, it doesn't get much better than that!
