Alex did an exceptional job for me on my garage door and explained everything in detail. I am so glad I had him come and inspect my door that was installed by Precision 6 years ago as I felt the door needed general maintenance. I was unaware of why it was so heavy to lift and he explained that when the springs lose their tension, it puts a heavy load on the opener motor. I did elect to have him just tighten the springs as I do not use the door more than once or twice a day. He did give me the option of replacing them, but I mentioned at my age I was willing to gamble on the springs holding up. After he adjusted the springs he demonstrated how it was now balanced. Alex was very courteous and professional and your company should be glad to have him as an employee.

Precision installed my hurricane Door back in 2014 door and garage door opener. It was a great experience then service and upgraded to nylon wheels for smoother operation. Again, another great experience my spring broke yesterday and they got a technician here today to install new spring and service the door. The representative, Mr Prince Cantabr was excellent, very professional and did a great job.
