Excellent, prompt service. Mike was very knowledgable and explained his assessment thoroughly in terms I could understand. We had two garage doors tuned up, replacing springs, bearings and door seals. We also had our remote replaced and reprogrammed. Great job and we will use them again if needed.

Kyle is an excellent, highly efficient professional garage door components installer, very courteous, polite, well mannered, communicated with me well, punctual on appointments, and tested everything prior to leaving. He cleaned up all trash and hauled it away. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door and rank them with a 5 Star Rating.

Great work/attitude/information by Kyle the installer--- good work. It would be nice if the dispatcher had a script to read to customer: "What type of garage door opener do you have? How old? "Please be aware that it is possible that parts and supplies might not be available for xxx opener or for that old a unit. In that case, an all new unit might be required" I think that might be called transparency nowadays
