He was very courteous and professional. Went over everything need to do the repair, gave me an estimate for replacing both springs, we agreed on the price and he had the job completed by 1:30. The technician was very professional, but did not have the part needed on the initial service call. Second service call resulted in the part installed malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. Third service call was a success, but seems that the motor does not function as well as was expected, with the door going up slower then before.
