My old door was installed in 1977, so it was time to order a new door from Precision. I even got a military discount on the price. Micah fixed my door so I could use it until the new door comes in. The advertising got me to call about three years ago to fix a problem. Because the service was so good, and it looked like I was going to need a new opener, I called Precision again. Called in the morning, and they arrived 1:30, the same day! Reviewed my situation, explained it clearly and why, that I would suggest a new opener. I asked if he had all of the parts in his truck, he did, so, I told him to move forward. An hour later he was done, explained all the tech stuff, so, I could understand, showed me how to use the remote , and even paired my car to the opener. Extremely happy, and without a doubt, would recommend this company!
