I couldn’t have been more pleased with the courteous, professional service and product delivery Precision Overhead Garage Door Service provided. Jeff phoned prior to arrival, arrived on time, kept his distance and wore a mask. He was a pleasure to work with, taking time to explain how everything worked. WOW! Talk about RAPID response! My garage door suddenly became damaged beyond repair. I called your office and Samantha answered my cry for help by contacting Jeff Brown who was at my home within HOURS. He exerted extra effort and has scheduled my replacement door to be installed within a week even though it is an oversized door and has to be ordered. How impressive is that?

Called on Friday, was told they could come on Sunday, but our HOA doesn't allow contractors in on Sunday. Jeff came Monday morning and was outstanding. We awarded them with the replacement of our 3 garage doors with 3 new Hurricane Impact garage doors.
