Your technicians appear to be qualified, and certainly were comfortable to communicate with. A return trip to replace a defective spring which you installed is another matter. Where is your quality control? A return trip not only inconveniences your customer (a PR cost), but it costs you three times!

Jeff was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and extremely patient. A great guy to have on Precision’s team to talk to customers who know absolutely nothing about garage doors. He helped us feel comfortable in the decisions we needed to make with regards to our garage door (what we thought was a simple and quick to fix problem is actually a much larger problem with a more expensive fix). He helped explain things thoroughly and didn’t make us feel stupid. He also gave us several options with his professional opinion as to which direction we should focus on — for us to get the end result we wanted and needed. He was reliable and an all around great guy. We’ll be asking for him when it comes time for our next “phase”.

I had a cable break one evening and called the next day for repair. They offered to send someone that day but I requested Jeff who had helped me previously. It was his day off so he came the following day. Replaced both drums and cables (14 years old) and got the door working great. Another prompt, professional performance. Jeff showed up on time and performed the necessary repairs to our satisfaction. He then recommrnded replacing the worn rollers. We knew they were in need of replacement and had him do this. He also performed a tune up to the door and it is now operating much more quietly and we are very happy with his service.

What a professional company, excellent to work with! When I called for information and an appointment, the response was complete, friendly, respectful, and courteous. I received a complete, professional email confirmation, with photos of the possible installers for security purposes. Quotes and invoices were sent electronically, as requested, timely and with a polite message. When Bobby, the technician, arrived -- on time! -- he, as well, was respectful, extremely polite and very knowledgable. He took time to completely explain why our door had broken and gave us options as to how it should be fixed. As we needed special parts for a rebuild, he returned the next day, again on time. When the job was completed, Bobby took all the time necessary to explain what had been done, connected all devices and completely cleaned the area. More companies should take a good look at how Precision runs their business and copy their business model. It was an excellent experience.
