HE GAVE ME A THOROUGH EXPLANATION OF THE JOB AND ALSO OFFERED THREE DIFFERENT WAYS TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM DEPENDING UPON WHETHER WE WERE LENDING A LOT OF WEIGHT TO THE SHORT TERM, INTERMEDIATE TERM OR LONG TERM.
