HE GAVE ME A THOROUGH EXPLANATION OF THE JOB AND ALSO OFFERED THREE DIFFERENT WAYS TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM DEPENDING UPON WHETHER WE WERE LENDING A LOT OF WEIGHT TO THE SHORT TERM, INTERMEDIATE TERM OR LONG TERM. I TOLD HIM TO KEEP IT CHEAP BECAUSE WE ARE GOING TO SELL THE PROPERTY. HE DIDN'T TRY TO PRESSURE ME. I WOULD RECOMEND YOUR COMPANY ANYTIME. THANKS FOR A GOOD JOB.
