The tech that came to my house was on time, polite and knowledgeable. The only problem I had was that they did not honor the $20 coupon for a remote control from their own website. Such disigenuous ads reflect poorly on a company that otherwise would have been a totally positive experience.

20 years ago we lived in that house and regretted selling it. It came back on the market and we bought it back. The gentleman that came out was very professional and told me the people that lived there prior to us buying the house back did an awful job putting the garage doors in. What a professional company, excellent to work with! When I called for information and an appointment, the response was complete, friendly, respectful, and courteous. I received a complete, professional email confirmation, with photos of the possible installers for security purposes. Quotes and invoices were sent electronically, as requested, timely and with a polite message. When Bobby, the technician, arrived -- on time! -- he, as well, was respectful, extremely polite and very knowledgable. He took time to completely explain why our door had broken and gave us options as to how it should be fixed. As we needed special parts for a rebuild, he returned the next day, again on time. When the job was completed, Bobby took all the time necessary to explain what had been done, connected all devices and completely cleaned the area. More companies should take a good look at how Precision runs their business and copy their business model. It was an excellent experience.

Workers were very professional; explained in detail the scope of work needed to be done; offered three levels of repair options; completed the work late in the day in a timely manner: performed additional preventive maintenance on door system and made recommendations for maintaining the system in good working order in the future. The gentleman who was here when I ordered the door, Hector, explained things well, was courteous, and professional. The installers of door and opener, Zacariah Bedard and a young man helping him, were very proficient and professional. They were held up by a job in the a.m., did communicate that with me and did inform me when they would arrive. The work was done competently and things were left clean. Mr. Bedard did explain how everything worked. Both gentlemen were courteous and polite and a pleasure to have working in my home.

There is never a good time to have your garage door break. Of course it was on my lunch hour and while my husband was away. I called Precision because I thought they had a Stuart office and the reviews were good. I am very pleased with the professionalism of the company. I got a email confirmation and knew exactly when the repair technician would arrive. My technician was Todd Chuha. Todd spotted the problem right away as it was obvious that one of the two springs was broken. Todd told me what it would cost to replace the broken spring and suggested that both springs be replaced. This made since to me. Todd also explained the importance of the bearings and suggested this would probably be a good thing to replace. After getting the total amount the repair was going to cost us, I decided to spend a little more to replace all of the mechanical parts, ie cables, springs, rollers. This was the best option as now these parts have a limited lifetime warranty. I never felt pressure from Todd. He explained what needed to be done and why. It turns our my rollers were in horrible condition. My husband was amazed how quite our new rebuilt garage door was, he had to open and close it several times. I would recommend Precision to any of my friends or neighbors. I prefer to keep my business in Martin County but I'm ok with Precision because of this experience.

Hector was very helpful in explaining the three option for the garage door opener. He was extremely knowledge and was patient with all my questions. After installation I have never seen a service man clean up the way he did. There was not one piece of paper left on floor. He also took the time to explain how the system worked and set all the systems so i understood. I highly recomment Hector for my service person of the year.
