My husband and I started shopping around for new garage doors. When I called your company to set up a free estimate, I was greeted on the phone by a very pleasant girl who set me up with a date that was good for me. I saw that you had e-mailed me to remind me of the appointment and also sent a picture of the salesman who would come to the house. I was extremely impressed with Joshua. He was courteous, answered all of my questions and was quite patient with me. I had never had to buy new garage doors....my old ones came with the house 28 years ago when we purchased our home. Joshua spent 2 hours explaining everything. He had door samples with him....so it was nice to see the actual color I was getting. Because of Joshua, we did decide to buy our doors from your company. I give Joshua 5+ STARS for his professionalism, knowledge and courteous manner.
