The spring on my garage door broke Saturday morning and we could not get the garage door up. I called Precision Door after finding out they worked on weekends. Their technician showed up at 8:00 am Sunday morning and had me back in business by 10:00. He was very professional and did a very good job.

This is part 1 of 2 reviews that I will be giving. The first was for a spring repair. I researched door companies and bar far this is the best. Thank you to all previous reviewers. Mike was my repair tech. Mike arrived within the scheduled window. He was friendly, knowledgeable and fast. During the repair, I asked for a quote on a new door, he was well equipped to provide an estimate on the spot along with all the information about the product to be used. I agreed to replacing the door. I would/will recommend this company to anyone for their door repair needs. Currently my door is in manufacturing, however, Samantha from the office has started her weekly communications process up until the installation. Keeping apprised of each step is important to me. My next review will be on the door installation visit. Hopefully they will send another survey.

My husband and I started shopping around for new garage doors. When I called your company to set up a free estimate, I was greeted on the phone by a very pleasant girl who set me up with a date that was good for me. I saw that you had e-mailed me to remind me of the appointment and also sent a picture of the salesman who would come to the house. I was extremely impressed with Joshua. He was courteous, answered all of my questions and was quite patient with me. I had never had to buy new garage doors....my old ones came with the house 28 years ago when we purchased our home. Joshua spent 2 hours explaining everything. He had door samples with him....so it was nice to see the actual color I was getting. Because of Joshua, we did decide to buy our doors from your company.
