One note: They did mention that my new Chamberlain Garage Door Opener with Wifi would cost $30/month to use the app on my phone. This is incorrect. There is no monthly charge.

Outstanding job Sean. Technicians were on time and extremely professional. The entire garage door and hardware was replaced. They were very concerned about keeping the work site cleaner than they arrived. The product installed was perfectly. They also recommended and installed a new opener which basically eliminated all the previous noise. I can't even hear the door open/close anymore. One first-class company that is professional from first contact on the phone to getting a receipt quickly by email. Technician Bobby Rivera called when he was on his way and arrived on time. He examined the whole door system, not just the broken springs, and clearly gave us options -- good, better, best. I was surprised at how reasonable the prices were. Mr. Rivera completed the work in less than an hour and tested the mechanism thoroughly before he left. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. These guys have earned their A+ rating from the BBB.
