I knew of overhead door from living up in the northeast. Jeff was very professional. He diagnosed the problem and gave an overall check through on the rest of the operating parts of the garage door. He made some recommendations and made the repairs right away. He was very curteous and not pushy is any way. I felt he was extremely knowledgeable in what he was doing. I was pleasantly surprised that he was able to come out within a few hours of my call. I would highly recommend.

Going with Precision was a really easy process. Everyone from sales to permit assistance and installation guys were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Having the ability to work through paperwork digitally on the iPad with them works great. Only suggestion is to make your invoicing capable of taking a card for the tip for the installation guys when they are done since few people have cash these days.

My experience with them was great. I got an appt the day after I called and it was the day after Hurricane Dorian. The repairman Warri Ed early, called before coming to make sure it was okay. He was very polite, took him only a few minutes to figure out what was needed, gave me the estimate and completed the work in the time he estimated.

Teddy came for a service call after I made the mistake of having another company come out for spring replacement. Teddy was very friendly, informative, he did an inspection of our entire garage door and components and made recommendations for things that should be done in the future. William came out, called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. Explained very clearly what was wrong with workings on our 20 year old garage door. He was very professional and knowledgeable- he returned to program garage door opener with my car for me. We are very very pleased with this company, have used them before in an emergency - they came out on a Sunday to install new spring several years ago so we could get car out of garage.
