Going with Precision was a really easy process. Everyone from sales to permit assistance and installation guys were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Having the ability to work through paperwork digitally on the iPad with them works great. Only suggestion is to make your invoicing capable of taking a card for the tip for the installation guys when they are done since few people have cash these days.

My experience with them was great. I got an appt the day after I called and it was the day after Hurricane Dorian. The repairman Warri Ed early, called before coming to make sure it was okay. He was very polite, took him only a few minutes to figure out what was needed, gave me the estimate and completed the work in the time he estimated.

Teddy came for a service call after I made the mistake of having another company come out for spring replacement. Teddy was very friendly, informative, he did an inspection of our entire garage door and components and made recommendations for things that should be done in the future. The springs on our garage door broke and, coincidentally, there was a Precision garage door repair truck at my neighbor’s house. The technician recommemded that I call the office to make an appt for a repair, which I immediately did. By 3 P.M. we,had a techician here for the repair. He did an excellent job repairing our door and was the most knowledgeable and kind person, name of David. He even put a new light bulb into the opener for me. Thank you for a job well done.
