The guy called me to tell me he was on his way within the time frame promised. He came and gave me 3 options. I figured it was late in the evening and the option I chose might take a while so I asked when he could come back to do the work. He was able to do it the same day as long as I was around. He showed me the issues before and after he completed it. I no longer have loud banging noises when I open the garage door. He did an exceptional job and was very professional. Going with Precision was a really easy process. Everyone from sales to permit assistance and installation guys were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Having the ability to work through paperwork digitally on the iPad with them works great. Only suggestion is to make your invoicing capable of taking a card for the tip for the installation guys when they are done since few people have cash these days.
