I, recently, moved to Florida and wasn't familiar with how my existing garage door needed to be prepared for a hurricane. Initially, I thought the "posts" that needed to be used for extra support were missing and called Precision Door. Dave arrived for my service call, found the support posts, and explained how and where the they needed to be placed. In addition, he provided information on purchasing a new door that would meet the most recent hurricane codes and, also, be easier to operate. He was pleasant, helpful, and, based on his assistance, I would recommend and use Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

I e-mailed Precision doors on Sunday for a non urgent matter. They called me back within 30 minutes and set the appointment for Monday. My technician was Hector who was very professional and did a great job he was great I would highly recommend Precision doors to anyone.

The statement service 24/7, was a drawing point. Unfortunately, we had to wait until morning to have the work done. In all fairness it was 9pm when we called. The door was fixed 13 hours later and the service man was very good. Thank you.

The presentation, the graphics and information that is provided and available for customers to read and make an informed decision. The service was for the garage door, it would not close completely and the wire was tangled with the pole, the tracks were also misaligned. This occurred in the evening and we were not willing to leave the garage door open all night. We placed a call and based on our previous expereince with Hector, we requested him again and as the previous time it was an excellent experience, Hector's work is second to none. Again, thank you for your patience, understanding and professionalism.

Precision door repaired my garage door after I was somewhat skeptical. They came within the time frame promised. Once here they were very professional and polite. There was a misunderstanding that we had in price, but it was immediately taken care of. I will again call them should I need repairs done as they were very fair, apologetic, accommodating, thorough and especially prompt. I choose your company because of how well organized and detailed your web site is and availability. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional we discussed the issues at hand and after weighing my options, I decided that my best course of action both equipment and financially was to replace the garage door openner. In 2011, we had Precision Garage Door install an opener, rollers, spring, cable & keypad at our home in TN - we were extremely happy with the service & the quality of the operation of installed parts. We transferred to FL 12/2014 needed a new garage door opener, rollers, & keypad so we called Precision - Eric was the technician came and we were extremely happy with his honesty and workmanship. On 5-4-2015 called Precision - bottom panel of exiting door was rotted and wanted to replace the panel if possible or get a price on replacing door entirely. Robert Astrologo came out - after researching he determined the panel couldn't be replaced - so quoted the price of a new door. He also addressed the issue with the rotting bottom panel on the old door - I was thrilled that there was a solution (water puddles so he showed me how the door could be installed to hit the garage floor instead of the driveway). Also indicated that he would order wider trim that wraps around the outside of the garage - this would eliminate the need to make repairs/touch ups after door was installed...of coarse I wanted to have the new door installed - it solved all the problems and more!! 5-27-2015 Bobby the installer arrived with the new door. We discussed the install and I reviewed the "special installation" instructions as per the salesman Robert. I was informed that it would violate code and that they could not install the door as I had been told. In addition, the wider trim wasn't anything that they could do as well. Bobby called Robert and he denied ever saying any of this to me??? Where would a homeowner without construction knowledge come up with this. Robert called Bobby back later and indicated that he had the water issue only with me??? I did have the door installed b/c they had $900 of my money and I didn't want to deal with return fees or whatever might come up. Bottom Line: I felt violated being called a liar and being lied to. Bobby the technician was excellent with the installation of the door, very understanding - never accused me of lying. If you are considering calling Precision - I would recommend Bobby or Eric. Run from Robert! Before the technicians left I had a phone conversation with the franchise owner. He apologize for the entire situation and agreed that Robert was the master mind behind the "solution" to my problem b/c the common homeowner would not have that type of construction knowledge. Nothing was offered to me for having to deal with this but in the end we are extremely happy with the door - it is quiet, efficient and looks great.

Called Precision on recommendation from neighbor and response from phone to door less than 2 hours. I thought all I needed was a new belt (broken in half ) but Eric explained that the whole unit must be replaced. It was only 12yrs old so I guess it was time. Have had Precision Garage door systems now at two homes we have lived at. The systems are extremely quiet and never had any issues with them once they were installed. Every service technician that has come to our home whether to install or give an estimate has been kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable.
