I had two of your best men, Roberto Rivera and Sean take off my old garage door and install the new white one. I couldn't have asked for better service. They did a fantastic job and was able to fix the problem I had opening the garage door after backing my car out and pushing the button I had on the car. Before I had to get out of the car to close the garage. Not any more. These men are an asset to your company. I would refer your company to everyone.

Our call to your staff instilled confidence within minutes - patient, knowledgeable, courteous! Call back and confirmation was impressive as was web site; Richard Perez called half hour before arrival and was earlier than expected. He explained all that was wrong and completed job within 45 minutes with full explanation of what was done; he also recommended "tune-up" service 2-3 times annually to keep doors operating at peak efficiency. We never expected such a professional experience from an "insert advertisement" received a few months earlier - glad we kept it! We gave your business 5 stars for the entire experience and plan on calling periodically to keep the doors well maintained - and will recommend Precision to anyone who might be in need of your services. Doug is great! From the beginning he called to let us know when he would arrive so we weren't waiting and wondering when! Awesome! We had our springs replaced because the old ones where too small and the door was not balanced correctly. This was causing our opener to not operate at all. Once Doug installed the new springs everything worked great and the opener was working like new! He explained everything so we could understand what was wrong and gave us our options. Very up front and so fast I couldn't believe he had it done so quickly. Great work and very courteous and friendly! Highly recommend.
