Five stars. Bobby came out on a Sunday, no extra charge, called a half hour before he would arrive and worked quickly and neatly to replace the spring on our overhead garage door. Thank you to Precision for a great job!

After deciding to not replace my motor in Precision's prior visit to install new springs and overhaul my door within the past couple of months, I concluded this month that it would be a wise investment. Sean handled my job extremely well, scheduling a time on Saturday morning that was convenient for our family. He was very skillful, knowledgeable, and personable in all that he did, and I was again a very satisfied customer. I recommend Precision without hesitation to anyone needing garage doors serviced or replaced. They are experts in their craft and exceptionally customer-focused, making it a very rewarding experience to use their services.

Precision technician Bobby - knowledgeable and friendly - arrived as scheduled and immediately began his assessment of our inoperable garage door opener. He clearly explained why it was not working and what could be done repair-wise and he answered our questions. Given the age of the unit and what it would take to repair it, he recommended replacing it and we agreed. He efficiently and capably installed the opener/track, sensors, wall switch and outdoor keypad. He reviewed each of these components with us and set the code for the keypad. We now have a new, quiet unit with features the old unit didn't have. We should add that we received an email prior to the service call, and after, including our paid invoice. Don't hesitate contacting Precision.

Great Service from Precision Door! Bobby came out to fix an older model that I had, I didn't have the funds to get a brand new one at the time, but he did some adjustments and it runs great! Making appointment was quick and easy, everything happened as planned. Hector called to confirm arrival time, evaluated my needs and completely explained 3 options (good,better and best) When agreed he was one part short, said would go to shop and return in one hour, he did and with partner (Adam). I had used Bobby before at another home years ago and he did a very good job and i saved his number. I called Bobby and he coordinated a morning appointment the following day. He had nothing but positive praise for precision which I take as important. Bobby let me know the time that he would be here the next morning and proceded to replace door opener with belt drive, opening pad, safety beam at bottom, programed 2 cars and explained everything to me in a professional manner, and cleaned up garage. Bobby gets the highest score you have for performance, 5. I can see that that your company is successful due to good management, employees like Bobby and attractive vehicles. You can be assured that I will promote your company to my golfing buddies at PGA NATIONAL.

I got an estimate for a new door Sean and his assistant Joel could not have been nicer or more efficient. I was given a complete estimate and all my questions were answered by these two knowledgeable gentlemen. My husband and I are in the process of deciding which door to get but we will definitely be choosing Precision for the job.
