The men that came to install the doors were polite,friendly and honest. I was told I needed bucks on both doors for and addition price of $225 each for a total $450. The installer told me that after he removed a boards he saw that I did not need them and save me the $450. Someone else would have said I needed them and charged me.

I called Precision for a quote on either a new door or to have the existing mechanics of my current door replaced. I must say, I didn't expect such a kind, courteous and knowledgable person to arrive. I have received other quotes so far and have another scheduled for Thursday this week, but the feelings of comfort I received from Alex B. makes it all the more easier to tell the companies I met so far no. I thank you as Alex knew many things, explained a lot to me and was very helpful. I will be in contact soon.
