I am in the service business and there is nothing better than making a phone call at 8 am, setting an appt on the same day, tech arrives at 11 am and my door is repaired better than new by 2 pm. Ken did a great of replacing my garage door opener. He first made several attempts at trying to fix my old opener, trying many ways to salvage it. In the end, we decided to go with a new system. It was installed perfectly and timely.

Kyle is an excellent, highly efficient professional garage door components installer, very courteous, polite, well mannered, communicated with me well, punctual on appointments, and tested everything prior to leaving. Great work/attitude/information by Kyle the installer--- good work. It would be nice if the dispatcher had a script to read to customer: "What type of garage door opener do you have? How old? "Please be aware that it is possible that parts and supplies might not be available for xxx opener or for that old a unit. In that case, an all new unit might be required" I think that might be called transparency nowadays

The tech that came to my house was on time, polite and knowledgeable. The only problem I had was that they did not honor the $20 coupon for a remote control from their own website. Such disigenuous ads reflect poorly on a company that otherwise would have been a totally positive experience.

20 years ago we lived in that house and regretted selling it. It came back on the market and we bought it back. The gentleman that came out was very professional and told me the people that lived there prior to us buying the house back did an awful job putting the garage doors in. What a professional company, excellent to work with! When I called for information and an appointment, the response was complete, friendly, respectful, and courteous. I received a complete, professional email confirmation, with photos of the possible installers for security purposes. Quotes and invoices were sent electronically, as requested, timely and with a polite message. When Bobby, the technician, arrived -- on time! -- he, as well, was respectful, extremely polite and very knowledgable. He took time to completely explain why our door had broken and gave us options as to how it should be fixed. As we needed special parts for a rebuild, he returned the next day, again on time. When the job was completed, Bobby took all the time necessary to explain what had been done, connected all devices and completely cleaned the area. More companies should take a good look at how Precision runs their business and copy their business model. It was an excellent experience.
