I have used Precision several times for service and repair of my garage door. The technicians are always courteous and do their work in a professional manner. I have never had to have them come back to redo their work, they do it correctly the first time. I'm sure you could find someone to do it for less money but for me the service offered is well worth the expense.

I am very pleased with the services and completed work of Precision. The office personnel did a nice job, were pleasant and answered all of my questions. Technician Tyler Wakefield kept me informed of his arrival. He did a complete analysis of our garage door and opener before he gave us recommendations to consider as solutions. By listening to our concerns, he gave us 2 solutions to consider. With a couple of questions answered we chose one of the 2 solutions, since it was exactly what we needed to fix our garage opener and door. He did not overwhelm us with options so it was easy to make a decision. However, he was clear that if we wanted further options he would provide them. He completed the work in a timely manner and then met with us to go over the work. Tyler was very pleasant and professional as he completed the analysis and work. I was introduced to Precision door a few years back when we needed a new motor and track. Old unit was worn out and had a noisy chain. New motor and belt driven. A recent roof replacement caused damage to a door panel, and we were given credit towards a new door. Because of previous good experiences with Precision involving the motor/chain replacement & misc. service calls, it was an instant thought to call Precision for the entire door and rails replacement. Ray came out to quote the door, Dwayne and Jake installed the door in professional fashion. Protected surfaces, laid out materials in an organized order, removed old door and rails and immediately removed from area. Installed new door, confirmed proper function, walked me through what I needed to know as end user and left me satisfied with the purchase.
