Technician Tyler Wakefield kept me informed of his arrival. He did a complete analysis of our garage door and opener before he gave us recommendations to consider as solutions. With a couple of questions answered we chose one of the 2 solutions, since it was exactly what we needed to fix our garage opener and door. I was introduced to Precision door a few years back when we needed a new motor and track. Old unit was worn out and had a noisy chain. New motor and belt driven. A recent roof replacement caused damage to a door panel, and we were given credit towards a new door. Because of previous good experiences with Precision involving the motor/chain replacement & misc. service calls, it was an instant thought to call Precision for the entire door and rails replacement. Ray came out to quote the door, Dwayne and Jake installed the door in professional fashion. Protected surfaces, laid out materials in an organized order, removed old door and rails and immediately removed from area.
