I generally don’t take time to write a review however my experience with this company warranted one. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the courteous, professional service and product delivery Precision Overhead Garage Door Service provided. Jeff phoned prior to arrival, arrived on time, kept his distance and wore a mask. He was a pleasure to work with, taking time to explain how everything worked. You could tell he took pride not only in the quality of his work but also in customer satisfaction. The garage door opener couldn’t be more quiet. Excellent service and product delivery! WOW! Talk about RAPID response! My garage door suddenly became damaged beyond repair. I called your office and Samantha answered my cry for help by contacting Jeff Brown who was at my home within HOURS. He exerted extra effort and has scheduled my replacement door to be installed within a week even though it is an oversized door and has to be ordered. How impressive is that?
