Service Technician Merrill Gayle did an inspection of my garage door on Friday June 24th. The door would not go up only a couple of feet and stop. The large coil was broken and all the coils were frayed and supporting hinges and parts were worn.. The door did not have maintenance in over 10 plus years. 3-1/2 hours later in a hot garage it was done. 5 stars for Professionalism, Knowledge, and Communications on explaining and showing me what was worn and needed to be replaced

Alex was great--he explained to me exactly what was wrong and gave me options on repairs. It's good to know there is no extra charge on after hours or weekend appointments. That's the kind of thing you should advertise because most people probably think there is an extra charge for that. I have a friend at NewsChannel 5 that can help you with that.

Great phone person - took care of everything needed for after hours service - since Ihad to take a plane out early in am by 4 am and wife is PBC School crossing guard that leaves the house by 6:45 am - Great service when you really need it.
