I NEEDED A NEW BATTERY FOR A GARAGE DOOR. I CALLED LATE SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND THE TECHNICIAN WAS HERE BEFORE NOON ON SUNDAY. HE REPLACED THE BATTERY, EXAMINED THE GENERAL CONDITION OF ALL THREE GARAGE DOORS AND WAS VERY PLEASANT AS WELL AS PROFESSIONAL. THERE WERE NO EXTRA FEES FOR A SUNDAY CALL AND NO SERVICE CALL CHARGE. NO QUESTION I WOULD CALL PRECISION FOR ANY GARAGE DOOR PROBLEM.

Excellent customer service with a knowledgeable tech that detected the problem and explained the solution in simple terms. My sensor needed to be fixed so my garage door would go down easily. He also reinforced areas on my door, lubricated and replaced rollers and barrels to ensure more longevity for my door. He demonstrated and explained all areas of the process.

I called on Thursday and made an appointment for Friday. David called and asked if he could come early and I agreed. He arrived promptly and after looking at my garage door he gave me an excellent explanation of the problems. He also provided me with several options. The work was done professionally and promptly. He and his assistant were very friendly and knowledgeable. If any other problems develop with my garage door I will definitely use Precision again.

Precision was there when I needed them. My garage door broke on a friday at 4pm and I called Precision Door and there were able to get to me first thing Saturday morning. They were professional and affordable and got my doors working again.

I will always call Precision for my garage door repairs. This time they repaired the door within 2 hours of my call. Very professional - the technician explained what went wrong and why - I thought i had replaced all the moving parts, but my 22 year old garage door now has a new lease on life.

This company is the worst! They have no idea what they are doing! Nobody responds to anything with this company. They use a caller or dispatch service and no one can get in touch with anybody. Most of their tecks Have no idea what is going on. I have had many calls to talk to the owner and no one will respond. They say they will call you back and never do! Beware of this company and I suggest you do not use them.

My garage door spring broke Sat night and Sunday morning I saw your ad in a magazine and was happy to see that you don't charge extra for weekends and holidays. That made me call you in the first place. I was given an appt Sunday between 9am and 11am. Your technician Ken called on his way, and he arrived right on time.
