I called on Thursday and made an appointment for Friday. David called and asked if he could come early and I agreed. He arrived promptly and after looking at my garage door he gave me an excellent explanation of the problems. He also provided me with several options. The work was done professionally and promptly. He and his assistant were very friendly and knowledgeable. If any other problems develop with my garage door I will definitely use Precision again.

This company is the worst! They have no idea what they are doing! Nobody responds to anything with this company. They use a caller or dispatch service and no one can get in touch with anybody. Most of their tecks Have no idea what is going on. I have had many calls to talk to the owner and no one will respond. They say they will call you back and never do! Beware of this company and I suggest you do not use them.

My garage door spring broke Sat night and Sunday morning I saw your ad in a magazine and was happy to see that you don't charge extra for weekends and holidays. I really wanted to write a review for a company and service call that went well above and beyond what I have ever experienced with s garage door service company, and indeed any other service call to my home. David, the service tech was right on time after calling to let me know his ETA. Once he arrived, he took the time to expertly explain the issue with my garage door and went through several options for repairing it, which I appreciated, since I'm just handy enough to know the scope of work involved in replacing the rollers (which is what I needed) David was extremely professional, completed the work and explained the charges before I signed off on the job; which was a competitive price for an excellent product and lifetime warranty. I wholeheartedly recommend them and will use this company for all of my future garage door work for my other properties too. I'm extremely pleased by a very nice job, professionally done! 10 out of 10!
