These guys were great. Very professional and organized. Armando came first thing and quickly diagnosed the problem. Their prices are fair and they back up their work with a warranty. I’d definitely recommend going to them.

I love Precision Garage Door Service. Your workers really know what the word service means. The Precision crew that replaced my door a few years ago was so good that I could not believe it. Every one of them knew their job more than well, and their behavior toward me and my wife, their customer, was exemplary. Even calling your office brings a smile to my face. You quick response, and everything that you do is perfect. Thank you so much.

This morning we realized our garage door wouldn't open and the spring was broken. Our car was "held hostage" so to speak. We called Precision Garage doors around 8 and the technician was at our home before 10 am. He was great! Knew right away what the problem was. He knew we had work done by Precision this year. Within 30 minutes the spring was intsalled and we could open our garage and "free our car." We highly recommend this company.

Great job! Same-day service and great communication. Our technician, Jeff B., was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. He took time to explain what needed replacement and gave us options. Once I selected from the offered options, he went to work. After installation, he assisted me in downloading an app to my phone that now controls our garage door. He explained everything thoroughly. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend this company.

I sincerely appreciate the promptness of the service call and the repair itself. The technician was extremely courteous and very efficient. The manager who answered my questions was professional and respected my suggestion that the company should fully disclose miscellaneous fees and charges at the time an appointment is made.

I really can't say enough about our positive experience with Precision Garage Door Services. The spring on our door broke late on a Saturday. I had seen Precision's trucks in our area before so I looked them up and called. Their response, on a Saturday afternoon was amazing! From the moment my phone call was answered to the time their technician, Josue Pagan drove off everything related to the replacement of our garage door spring was handled smoothly and professionally. We had full information via text on Joshua's arrival time and even his professional profile! Josue quickly evaluated the spring and its mounting, actually weighed the door (not an easy task), determined the size of a new spring required, and then spent over an hour in our hot garage installing the spring. He was friendly, polite and professional and gave us full detail on the type of spring recommended for the door, its cost and the warranty that would follow installation. Before leaving he reset the electronics and chain drive of our garage door opener and made sure the remote signal from both of our cars' visors was functioning. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Services for all garage door maintenance and service needs.

Fantastic Service! I made an appointment late Sunday night for a failed garage door opener. Appointment was for 8-10 am Monday morning. Technician showed up after sending me his picture and confirming the appointment on-line, quickly fixed my problem and suggested that some rusted parts be replaced. I was glad to have these suggestions and everything was done in under one hour--at a reasonable price.
