I was very impressed with the online scheduling. I logged on to the website 7:20am and was able to secure a spot between 8am - 10am. The technician called 30 minutes before his arrival and he was on time. He was professional, listened to my needs and walked me through my options. I did not feel pressured nor rushed. I had an emergency when my garage door couldn't open, and I called PRECISION GARAGE DOOR Service. They immediately sent a technician. The tech was "Tom", who was extremely professional and technically experienced. He replaced the motor and chain, adjusted the torsion on the springs, installed a new hand set on the wall, etc. Everything was done in about 2 hours and I was good-to-go! I cannot say enough of good things about this company and the professionalism Tom displayed. The price was fair and competitive. If I have any future problems I'll call PRECISION!

I can't say enough good things about this company and the Service Tech, Chris. My garage door spring broke early this morning, trapping my only car in the garage. I called 4 companies and Precision was the only one that promised to come out this same morning. Chris (very friendly and polite) was here in about 1.5 hours (maybe even less) and he promptly and professionally diagnosed the issues of a 22 year old door. He fixed everything and I was able to use my garage again before noon. It's working better than ever. Many thanks! It's a happy new year, so far.
