Tyrone was absolutely amazing. He was an hour earlier, called first, and was so professional and pleasant to help my broken garage door. I was truly relieved when he got it to work. The entire team, including the call center were a great experience, got to my garage door within 3 hours and were lovely to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our technician was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient as we pondered the various purchase options. Jose Espinoza completed my service and he was excellent! Very personable and knowledgeable. Got the job done fairly quickly- explained everything well. He gave me the good, better, best options but was understanding when my budget only allowed the “good” service. Precision should give Jose a raise….he is worth it! He also sold me raffle tickets for the Children’s Hospital!
