Thomas arrived within the time window promised. He is extremely personable and after assessing the problem he presented me with a few options. He installed my new garage opener and walked me through how it operates. Thomas exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend Precision Garage Door. We had our garage door spring and our garage door opener replaced today. We were able to get a same day appointment on a Saturday. Our technician (Thomas Wich) did an excellent job, answered all of our questions and helped us program all of our remotes.

My torsion spring broke. i looked up garage door companies in Boynton Beach and found 1300+ reviews of this company with a 4.9 rating, so I followed that lead. Mr. Merrick G. was the best. He looked over the whole 27 year old garage door mechanicals, gave me several options, and completed the job the same day. He was very professional and personal. Look no further. Hire this company and get it done. Very fair price for excellent quality.

The operator was professional and quickly got us scheduled that same day for service. Chris called me to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. Chris evaluated the problem with the garage door and gave me repair options. Chris was polite, professional and communicated my options in a way I could understand the problem and the needed repairs. This is our second service call with Precision and both where handled flawlessly. Thanks.

No effort to repair the opener. A lot of effort to sell me springs and a new opener though. When I told the tech the Liftmaster customer service rep suggested removing the cover and inspecting the gear or replacing the motherboard I was informed Precision doesn’t do that. Would have been nice to know before spending good money on a useless service call.

I have used other Precision franchises. When my 26 year old spring broke I called and they sent someone within 3 hours. Chris was prompt and thorough. His explanation of our issues were very clear. We elected to just replace the immediate broken parts. He was not pushy about the other recommended items but he showed me every part and why it will be necessary in the future. Then he completed the work quickly and quietly. The price was a bit more than I hoped but still within reason for the immediate service.

First experience dealing with Precision but see your trucks all over Atlantis. My technician was Chris P and what a wonderful technician. Very knowledgeable and wouldn't leave until everything was installed and in order, including the wi-fi setup and my cars. What a great employee you have there. Love my new Liftmaster and will definitely recommend your company to others.

I called because of a garage door opener problem.I kinda knew the problem was with the computer board. The operator said our techs have a stocked truck. I knew your company cannot stock the 1000's of boards, but thought you could order one and replace the old one. Your tech checked to see if the outlet was functional (which I already checked, and told him it was fine) and confirmed I would need a board. He stated that your company doesn't replace computer boards and pushed to sell a new motor for $800.00 When I said no, he pushed again for a sale of $159 for a tune up. Again I declined and just took it on the chin for $89, for absolutely nothing. Very disappointed in your company. It just seemed like your employee had dollar signs before his eyes and how much can I get.

Lance was on time and did a very good job. I had purchased a Chamberlain set up at Home Depot, but Lance pointed out that the one I purchased might not be the best for my hurricane enforced door. I purchased your Linear product, with the lifetime guarantee, and I am sure I will be pleased with the performance. Lance was personable, professional and knowledgeable.
