I only use Precision because I’ve have in the past found that they are prompt, efficient, fair priced, and their service reps knowledgeable and considerate. My service rep Julio not only replaced my springs he inspected the entire assembly and suggested that I consider changing my rollers. One look at the rollers and I knew he was right. My door slides open and closed as if it were new again. Thank you precision and Julio for a job well done.

My parents had been happily dealing with Precision Garage Door Svc for years. Now that I'm pretending to be the responsible adult in this house I figured it was a save bet to continue with their service. Great move (patting myself on the back). The tech they sent was Prince C. He was great and honestly answered my questions. When I looked for him on their site he is listed as Trainee. I'm here to tell you they can change that to Namaste! Seemed to truly be a master at his craft! He was also formally a NY kid which made me feel comfortable. I didn't know whether to offer him a bagel or a knish, but in the end I let him do his job and I was a very happy consumer!

Our garage door was very noisy upon opening and closing. I called the office for service and within 25 minutes I had a service person at my. door. He was extremely nice, asked what the problem was and within 30 minutes, my problem was solved. No. more squeaks. I have used Precision. Door Service in the past and I have always been pleased with their response and service.

No effort to repair the opener. A lot of effort to sell me springs and a new opener though. When I told the tech the Liftmaster customer service rep suggested removing the cover and inspecting the gear or replacing the motherboard I was informed Precision doesn’t do that. Would have been nice to know before spending good money on a useless service call.

I have used other Precision franchises. When my 26 year old spring broke I called and they sent someone within 3 hours. Chris was prompt and thorough. His explanation of our issues were very clear. We elected to just replace the immediate broken parts. He was not pushy about the other recommended items but he showed me every part and why it will be necessary in the future. Then he completed the work quickly and quietly. The price was a bit more than I hoped but still within reason for the immediate service.
