I highly recommend Precision for their quality products and excellent customer service! We needed a same-day appointment and received a two-hour afternoon slot. The technician called twice to let us know his ETA and he arrived on time. He was very courteous and informative, and despite ours being his last appointment of the day he took as much time as necessary to ensure that we were pleased with the outcome.

Very happy with the work. Remote wouldn’t work. The opener was 25 years old. Time for a new one. They sent Zach out to do the work. Amazing job.He installed a new one. Tweaked a few things on the door itself. I will not hesitate to use them again. Zach made all the difference here.

I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with the service I received from Precision and their service tech, Tyler. From the initial call to set up an appointment to the thoroughness of the assessment of the issues with my garage door, to the completion of the recommended service, I couldn’t be happier. The work performed by Tyler was of the highest quality, he explained everything he had done and went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased. This was a major repair, including new springs, bearings and related.
