Excellent service same day need. Service tech was courteous, answered all of my questions, and called before his scheduled arrival time. I thought the parts were a bit pricey, but I was not charged an installation fee. I was going to do this repair myself, but the high tension torsion spring is potentially very dangerous for a novice to install. Bottom line, my garage door works great with the up grades now. I thought the price was fair and the products seem to be quality items. I will recommend you folks to others who have similar needs. Thanks again for coming out the same day I requested service.

My garage door motor/lift fell off the ceiling of the garage and wired door opener stopped working. My sister recommended Precision as she has used them and was very satisfied with their work. To my surprise Precision garage door was open on Sunday and was able to schedule an appointment within hours to do the repair. Absolutely, garage door wouldn’t open on a Saturday night and the cars were inside. I called previously used door company and no response till next day, Ken had the job completed already. My call to Precision was answered immediately as noted 24/7. I was advised that I could get a Tech. Between 8 to 10 AM next morning, Mischelle, great person on the phone. The Tech., Ken and called and advised that he was on his way and actually arrived slightly early ???? He spelled out the problem and noted my options. At all times he very professional, courteous and was concerned with my situation Unfortunately, when incidents occur it costs money, but in this situation being able to go to the internet and come up with Precision is an awesome experience., Usually doesn’t always happen that way! !
