One morning our garage door wouldn’t open and we were not able to open it manually because one of the springs had broken. Precision sent out Vince that same day. He showed us the rollers were bad and the broken spring. He also did a few adjustments and put in new weather stripping. He was very pleasant and professional.

I had called your company about replacing the springs on my garage door because of one breaking. Jose was the technician that came out to the house. He was very friendly, polite & knowledgeable. I was impressed by his workmanship and the way he explained about all the parts and how they function. I believe that he is a very good asset to your company. Precision was recommended by my neighbor. I admired her new garage door that she had gotten last November. They were very pleased all around with Precision. I decided to call Precision shortly after and was very happy that I did. The technician was very polite, professional and explained the whole process of old door removal, instillation of new door and opener as well as fixing the frame around the garage entrance. I was very impressed that he took the time. They will be installing next week after the door comes in and the permit is received. Very pleased so far.
