I have used Precision Garage Door for my own home and found them to know what they are doing, respectable and on time. So last night when my son called and asked if I knew anyone I said yes Precision told him there is someone answering the phone 24 hrs. He had to go into work today I told him set up the appointment and I’ll be at your house. A service rep called me around 9:30am gave me the approximate time and got to the house. Ed was Avery nice young man who knew what he was doing and very respectable. He said I reminded him of his mom, he was raised by a single mom and I raised my son on my own. When he left he said thank your son for his service(my son is Law Enforcement) Like. I said a young man who knows his job with respect!

I chose Precision because my next door neighbor used your company and was happy with your service. I also did my due diligence by checking on line and found favorable results there. I was also impressed when Christine told me on the phone that the tech would write up a proposal for me and that he would have everything on the truck necessary to complete the project (which turned out to be accurate). Daniel did exactly what I was told he would do. He listen to my thoughts and as requested, wrote up two proposals so that I could determine which one to choose. Daniel clearly answered all my questions so that I could determine the scope of the work to be completed. Once we agreed on the work to be done, Daniel got set up and worked nonstop to complete the project. He addressed any concerns that I had and made sure that I understood all aspects of the mechanisms before leaving. I was impressed with Daniels work ethic, his skills as well as his great customer service. No doubt that I would highly recommend Precision to my neighbors and friends.

Our garage door springs was broken and after looking up different garage repair companies online, we decided to try Precision based on the positive reviews we read. After our experience today with Chris C, I can confirm that the reviews are spot on! I called the office at 8:30 am and was given a 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm appointment window. Right at 1:30 pm, Chris gave courtesy to call to say that he'll be here by 2 pm. He was on-time, polite and friendly. He found the problem (broken springs) but also thoroughly checked the rest of the mechanism and recommended that we replace the rollers to the nylon rollers. I do want to point out that he was never pushy to us, at all. In fact, originally we decided to only replace the springs to which he responded okay and to give him one to two hours to complete the work. He continued to remain polite and courteous. After he's finished, he did a walk through, explained the charges in detail as well as the warranty that comes with it. We also very much appreciate the coupon he applied to make us a repeat customer. I know having unexpected broken garage door is no fun but we really appreciate Chris help to make it least painful as possible. Bottom line, we are very satisfied with our first experience with Precision and will use them again in the future. Thank you Chris!

Teddy did an excellent job in updating our system. We had worked with Precision Overhead in CT so it was only natural to do it again in FL. We had Precision replace our garage door five years ago, they did a great job. I needed to tweak the height, I called Jim offered to come over if his instructions on the phone did not work, they did great quick service call on the phone. Needed a new key pad, called this week, they were here early in their window, replaced the keypad, tuned up the door and out. Perfect service company. Thank you !

Original repair in February was not correctly repaired. Spent $400 but unprofessional repair. Called back September to report concern about faulty repair in February. Today Ken Odoerno serviced/repaired garage door professionally. Finally some peace of mind. Concerns for garage door faulty functioning have diminished. For Ken-5 stars. My technician, Ken, was prompt, knowledgeable, and pleasant. He fixed my garage door, and also showed me how to release it manually. Very pleased. I do think, however, that $89.95 for a service call is very high.

Excellent service same day need. Service tech was courteous, answered all of my questions, and called before his scheduled arrival time. I thought the parts were a bit pricey, but I was not charged an installation fee. I was going to do this repair myself, but the high tension torsion spring is potentially very dangerous for a novice to install. Bottom line, my garage door works great with the up grades now. I thought the price was fair and the products seem to be quality items. I will recommend you folks to others who have similar needs. Thanks again for coming out the same day I requested service.
