My garage door motor/lift fell off the ceiling of the garage and wired door opener stopped working. My sister recommended Precision as she has used them and was very satisfied with their work. To my surprise Precision garage door was open on Sunday and was able to schedule an appointment within hours to do the repair. The technician was prompt, professional and clearly explained what needed to be done as well as the fee. I am very happy with the repair.

Absolutely, garage door wouldn’t open on a Saturday night and the cars were inside. I called previously used door company and no response till next day, Ken had the job completed already. My call to Precision was answered immediately as noted 24/7. I was advised that I could get a Tech. Between 8 to 10 AM next morning, Mischelle, great person on the phone. The Tech., Ken and called and advised that he was on his way and actually arrived slightly early ???? He spelled out the problem and noted my options. At all times he very professional, courteous and was concerned with my situation Unfortunately, when incidents occur it costs money, but in this situation being able to go to the internet and come up with Precision is an awesome experience., Usually doesn’t always happen that way! !

We purchased our garage door from Precision last year and have been very happy with our choice. We have gotten many compliments on the door and several people in the community have purchased from them as well. We knew we would need to put in a new garage door opener but waited until ours died. You can barely hear the opening and closing of the door. Our service man, Jeff Brown, was excellent and explained everything to us.
