He replaced my broken springs and rebuilt all of the door lift hardware much faster than I expected (less than an hour). I was glad that someone came out to service the door on the day I called in but was disappointed in the amount charged. I was told when I called there would be an $89.00 for the home service call, but that woul go towards the repair. The technician was very polite and we were told they just needed a lube and tune on my 2 doors, which is what he did. He was there maybe, 20 to 30 minutes and when he was done the charge was $189.00. I think that is very high for spraying some lubricant on the runners of the doors.

Garage door needed double springs which was done very efficiently but just as important called first, said he was on his way and was very polite and quick. I will definitely spread the word here in our community of 165 homes. Most folks used the company that initially installed doors when homes were built for repair.
