Sean, the tech who installed our new garage door was very friendly, knowledgeable, polite and very professional. I was glad that someone came out to service the door on the day I called in but was disappointed in the amount charged. I was told when I called there would be an $89.00 for the home service call, but that woul go towards the repair. The technician was very polite and we were told they just needed a lube and tune on my 2 doors, which is what he did. He was there maybe, 20 to 30 minutes and when he was done the charge was $189.00. I think that is very high for spraying some lubricant on the runners of the doors.
