I have used Precision Door Service. As usual, the technician came right on time. He was professional and did exactly what had to be done. He explained in detail how to keep the moving joints lubricated so the operation of the garage door would move quietly and effortlessly.

We had been having problems for quite some time with the operation of our 22 yr. old automatic garage door. The door hadn’t been closing properly, due to a dent at the top of the door. We called Precision today & William, the serviceman, arrived promptly. William was very knowledgeable, professional & courteous and gave us a choice of 3 options from repairing certain parts to replacing the door and parts. We decided to replace the door & parts. However, William did not influence us in our decision in any way. In the meantime, William repaired the door so we could open and close it until the new door is installed. We would recommend Precision to our friends and relatives.

Very Polite and thorough. Micah took time and went over all the details in operating the new door opener and how the door operates with the new controls. Also how to prepare the Garage door when a hurricane is arriving. How to set the pins on the Garage Door. Answered all my questions and explained things thoroughly. I was pleased with the work and explanation.

I highly recommend Precision. Merrick and his two helpers were very friendly and professional. Within 5 minutes after arriving these guys were hard at work. They took down my old garage doors and installed the new one that I ordered thru Precision and also a garage door opener. It took exactly as long as they said it would. They did a great job, inside and out. They explained everything I needed to know about door and opener. I'm glad I went with Precision, Home Depots prices were pricier let alone they will send you a contractor who probably doesn't install garage doors often. These guys know their stuff. Thanks Merrick and Precision!

I called on a Saturday morning expecting to make an appointment for sometime in the week to fix my garage door. They were able to send a technician out about 30 mins after my call! Micah came out and after inspecting the door, gave me a fair assessment of what needed to be done. I explained I wasn't in a position to do all of the necessary work to the door and just needed it to raise up and down. He wrote up a fair estimate and had all of the work done in about an hour. I was very happy with his work and his great attitude and professional manner. I will definitely recommend this company to others and call on them again if and when the time comes. Thank you!

Service was exactly as discussed. The representative came as scheduled to give us an estimate and called before arriving. The product appears top of the line in quality. The installation was on time, and the technicians called before arrival. The office kept in touch through the entire process and handled the permit procedure. The company was available 100%, and response was 100% regarding any question or request. Amazing customer service and product.
