We have been seeing commercials for Precision Garage Doors every morning, and I'm very happy I finally called them. They were able to come out quickly and their communications around the appointment were great. I love that they sent a photo of the tech by e-mail and text so we would know exactly who was showing up. Ilana was great and took the time to review the situation carefully and then explain our different options. I will certainly be using them again if we need to do further work.

Have used Precision in Indiana and Florida. Have found them to be professional, very knowledgeable and always on time. Did a complete inspection on my garage door and found the issue to be my 20-year-old motor/opener. Opener was replaced as well as a complete tuneup of all parts. Weather stripping on door also replaced. Great job. Recommend this company.

5pm on a Friday night, our Garage wouldn’t raise. Closer inspection identified a broken spring and with it being our main access to our home we feared a long weekend ahead of us. I was thrilled to see the “Broken Spring? Call (561) 515-5539 written on the spring collar. Even more thrilled after my online inquiry and a confirmed technician appointment at 10am the next day! Tyrone arrived promptly and was very courteous. He showed me what was wrong, what his suggested fix was, and importantly how I can service the door myself to make my new springs & bearings last as long as possible. I have to admit it wasn’t cheap, but this was Saturday call out, our door has new springs and bearings, and i learnt a lot from Tyrone. Thanks for an exceptional service! You saved our weekend!

David Hoffa came to my house to evaluate our garage door and garage pad. Unfortunately, the pad could not be replaced. David told me my options without any pressure and we decided not to change the entire unit until this one fails. I truly appreciated his honesty and would certainly recommend Precision Garage doors to everyone.

Your organization performed exceptionally well, starting with Brooke who courteously took my initial request, and to David Hoffa who analyzed my garage door anomaly with technical acuity and the utmost professionalism. Your team had previously visited my address when it was occupied by the previous owner, where they left a company labeled sticker on the garage door's inside wall. David had ultimately solved my problem, with no repairs necessary. He was also kind enough to give a thorough analysis of the existing components of my system. Thank you for providing a first-class experience.

This is the second time that I called Precision. My garage door wasn't opening and and I saw a broken piece of metal. As I was leaving the house and closed garage I noticed that door would not go all the way down and then return up. I noticed a hanging cable. I called Precision at around 9:40 am on Saturday and Merrick showed up around 1:30. He walked me through the problem and pointed out a few other issues that would need attention as well. He did a great job. Provided pix of his repairs, he was courteous and professional and pleasant. I’m very pleased.

Almost an immediate response on a Su day afternoon! Garage door was slipping down. Made the call and within an hour or so Prince, the very professional and knowledgeable tech had the door running perfectly. He answered all the questions, and even asked about my concerns. He didn't leave until he saw everything was running perfectly. A great relief. The Precision team have always been exceptional.
