I was very satisfied with the immediate service since I called on a Saturday and they sent somebody right over The techs name was Julio. He explained all my options for my problem answered all my questions and gave me the prices. I then chose a option. Julio did a fine job excellently installed excellent work like a real pro and cleanliness couldn’t have been better cleaned up the job site. Better even blew out my garage with a blower. Explained future services and maintenance about the door yearly which I’ve never done. I was very satisfied with the service I received from precision garage door. I appreciate their whole office staff and everybody else that helped in this operation ,the owner even sent a text to make sure that I was completely satisfied and would quickly address any problem I might have Michael Zambory.

As I was leaving the house and closed garage I noticed that door would not go all the way down and then return up. I noticed a hanging cable. I called Precision at around 9:40 am on Saturday and Merrick showed up around 1:30. He walked me through the problem and pointed out a few other issues that would need attention as well. He did a great job. Provided pix of his repairs, he was courteous and professional and pleasant. I’m very pleased.

Almost an immediate response on a Su day afternoon! Garage door was slipping down. Made the call and within an hour or so Prince, the very professional and knowledgeable tech had the door running perfectly. He answered all the questions, and even asked about my concerns. Our 23-year-old garage door spring broke and Precision sent a technician, Mike, who arrived within 2 hours. Mike was friendly, personable and professional, replaced the spring and upgraded the rollers as well, which made the door much quieter (as he said it would). Very pleased with the company's responsiveness and work.

I woke up this morning to a not pleasant surprise. My garage door would not open. It worked fine yesterday, gave me no indication that it was on its last legs, but indeed during the night it decided to quit. Dave to the rescue. I called and asked for a technician and I couldn’t be more pleased with the gentleman that precision sent to work on my garage door. Dave arrived when he said he would, looked over my garage door and presented me with a few alternatives. I decided to have it fixed and not buy a new door at this time. Dave went to work and within an hour to an hour and a half my garage door is working and more quiet than it has ever been. I now have a pad that works, and I am very pleased with the company and definitely with Dave. I highly recommend precision doors.
