My garage door sounded like a train traveling on poorly laid tracks. Much of he sound was coming from the opener motor. The technician was excellent. He replaced the motor and put in sealed bearings. When he was done with the fine tuning there was virtually no sound coming from opening and closing the garage door.

He thoroughly examined my entire door, motor, etc .. He came up with three different options for me to choose from. The company honored their ad. The instillation was quick and well done.
