We were able to get an appointment with Precision Garage Door Service very quickly. The technician who came to our house, Ilana, did a great job. Ilana completely replaced our old system and was very efficient, professional and courteous. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I’ve used Precision Garage Door services in the past and was and am still very pleased with their service and attention to detail. My only hesitation dffrom giving them 5 stars is pricing. Last Feb, 2025) the price for a more envolved service was $90 this year the service call cost me $150. That’s a big increase!

From requesting service last night and talking with Andy, I was scheduled an appt today Saturday from 10 - 12 AM. The tech, Mr Merrick Gayle called me at 0930 informing me that he would be arriving in about 20min. Arrival as scheduled, checked out my issue and informed me that the plan of action would be to replace the worn out 25 year old garage door opener. The exceptional and very professional did exactly that and completed the work as stated in about 90 minutes. His work was Top Shelf and he also made sure he trained me on the new unit, programmed my remotes and cars’ systems, and cleaned up the area. From start to finish, I was very impressed and 100% Satisfied! Outstanding workmanship and a high quality product. I highly recommend Precision Door Repair!!!! Happy Holidays and Thank You

I called Precision Garage Door Service this morning around 9 a.m. and the service technician was at my home around noon. He was very pleasant and efficient and fixed the popping noise the door was making every time it was raised. He also recommended other services I could take advantage of. It was a great experience!

Had a garage door spring replaced. Quick and easy to schedule same day service. Ilana was an outstanding service technician. But, I have to admit it was more expensive than I anticipated.

Chris Bernard was excellent: he arrived on time, was extremely friendly and personable, diagnosed multiple issues in minutes, and was able to completely redo our garage door system in a few hours that same day. It was not inexpensive, but with a holiday happening the next day we were so grateful for the quick fix! I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door for someone who wants the job done right.

Original installer of our garage door. I remember them doing a very professional job, so when the spring broke (years later), I did not hesistate to call them. I was concerned that the holiday was comng up and if I couldn't open the garage door, it would be a problem. They rearranged their scheule and were in (and out) less than 1 and a half hours from my call. Gave me upfront repair prices and we are all set. Thanks.

Technician Julio Rodriguez provided excellent, timely, and courteous, professional service at a reasonable price. The company was a pleasure to deal with from the moment the service representative answered my call, to the moment the work was completed roughly only two hours later. 5 stars and my highest recommendation.

Precision replaced most moving parts last year. Door was like new again. They were very good so when we had a problem today, we called and they sent someone right out. Naturally we couldn't recreate issue but he thinks he knows what was happening and reprogrammed the settings under warranty. Will see if that works. Both men were very professional and primary tech seemed very knowledgeable.

Over the past several years I have used the services of Precision from upgrades to service. Each time I've had a different technician. Each time they have been knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient explaining every aspect of what was needed. Scheduling has also been quick and easy. I wish other South Florida contractors had staffs as trusting and honest as the folks at Precision.

We were serviced by Alex who was thoroughly professional. He explained everything thoroughly and was very clean in his preparation. We had a completely new opener, springs and roller installed and couldn't be more pleased with the entire process. We would highly recommend Precision to anyone who is in need of garage door repairs.
