It was Sunday of Labor Day weekend and we discovered Sat night the garage door was jammed and wouldn't open. Found a froze up wheel on the track. Figured we were stuck until Tues or Wed but hit chat anyway and the person was able to send someone Sunday at 5pm. Fantastic. Chris showed up on time and immediately knew what was wrong, 1 of the springs had let go. The door was 11 years old. He suggested we replace the springs, bearings and wheels because they were all in questionable shape. In the long run this might actually save us money as well as more down time and service calls. He did the work right then and you now can't even here the door going up and down. He gave us options, in case we didn't take his recommendation, explained everything to us and showed us everything after the fix. A neighbor had highly recommended PGD and I have to agree. All receive 5 stars from the chat, to the technician and the company. Very professional and although expensive, we felt we got our money's worth. Let's hope we get 10 more years. Plus it came with 3 year warranty.

I spoke to Karen at 3pm about a garage door opener install she was very pleasant and got me an appointment between 4 & 6 pm the same day what great service! I only use Precision because I’ve have in the past found that they are prompt, efficient, fair priced, and their service reps knowledgeable and considerate. My service rep Julio not only replaced my springs he inspected the entire assembly and suggested that I consider changing my rollers. One look at the rollers and I knew he was right. My door slides open and closed as if it were new again. Thank you precision and Julio for a job well done.

My parents had been happily dealing with Precision Garage Door Svc for years. Now that I'm pretending to be the responsible adult in this house I figured it was a save bet to continue with their service. Great move (patting myself on the back). The tech they sent was Prince C. He was great and honestly answered my questions. When I looked for him on their site he is listed as Trainee. I'm here to tell you they can change that to Namaste! Seemed to truly be a master at his craft! He was also formally a NY kid which made me feel comfortable. I didn't know whether to offer him a bagel or a knish, but in the end I let him do his job and I was a very happy consumer!

Our garage door was very noisy upon opening and closing. I called the office for service and within 25 minutes I had a service person at my. door.
