Original installer of our garage door. I remember them doing a very professional job, so when the spring broke (years later), I did not hesistate to call them. I was concerned that the holiday was comng up and if I couldn't open the garage door, it would be a problem. They rearranged their scheule and were in (and out) less than 1 and a half hours from my call. Gave me upfront repair prices and we are all set. Thanks.

Precision replaced most moving parts last year. Door was like new again. They were very good so when we had a problem today, we called and they sent someone right out. Naturally we couldn't recreate issue but he thinks he knows what was happening and reprogrammed the settings under warranty. Will see if that works. Both men were very professional and primary tech seemed very knowledgeable.

We have been seeing commercials for Precision Garage Doors every morning, and I'm very happy I finally called them. They were able to come out quickly and their communications around the appointment were great. I love that they sent a photo of the tech by e-mail and text so we would know exactly who was showing up. Have used Precision in Indiana and Florida. Have found them to be professional, very knowledgeable and always on time. Did a complete inspection on my garage door and found the issue to be my 20-year-old motor/opener. Opener was replaced as well as a complete tuneup of all parts. Weather stripping on door also replaced. Great job. Recommend this company.

5pm on a Friday night, our Garage wouldn’t raise. Closer inspection identified a broken spring and with it being our main access to our home we feared a long weekend ahead of us. I was thrilled to see the “Broken Spring? Call (561) 515-5539 written on the spring collar. Even more thrilled after my online inquiry and a confirmed technician appointment at 10am the next day! Tyrone arrived promptly and was very courteous. He showed me what was wrong, what his suggested fix was, and importantly how I can service the door myself to make my new springs & bearings last as long as possible. I have to admit it wasn’t cheap, but this was Saturday call out, our door has new springs and bearings, and i learnt a lot from Tyrone. Thanks for an exceptional service! You saved our weekend!
