I had a garage door installed the end of June. Precision arrived at the appointment time as well as sent an email prior to coming so I new who would be installing the door. We just had our single garage door opener replaced. We are VERY satisfied with work that was done, the technician, William, who was the absolute best and the care he took with everything he did. He explained everything and took me through the entire process. Needless to say I would give Precision five stars and absolutely recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Springs, rollers, bearings & cables. 1988 door with 8yo opener purring like a kitten. Ken is courteous, efficient, and good professor. Response time was quick, good value for the price. Top of my list should need arise.
