Great experience. From making the appointment and scheduling, technician showed up on time, called to give me an update on expected arrival and did a great job once on site. Had to replace almost all of the hardware - springs, cables, rollers and adjust and reanchor everything.

Merrick installed 2 new garage doors, together with openers, for us. He was a pleasure to deal with and a hard worker. He was very knowledgeable, set everything up (including wireless remote app feature), and did a great job explaining everything. As with everyone we dealt with at Precision he was very customer oriented. We are very happy with our new garage doors (so quiet and smooth!).

Started out with a noisy door with a “not so smooth” roll up and down and a screw missing from a rail mounting bracket. Jeff B was super personable and very knowledgeable diagnosed my problems and came up with a solution. He worked fast, and did a great job. After installing new springs, bearings, cables, and rollers I can barely hear the drive motor run. Awesome Job

My garage door wouldn't close. I called right away in the morning and was greeted by a pleasant young woman and by that afternoon a technician named Jeff appeared at my door. He analyzed the problem and gave me three options as far as repair. I selected one and within an hour he replaced my springs, bearings, etc. I was thrilled. Such a nice guy! I will never call another company and probably won't have to since it was repaired properly. Five stars!!! ,

Having been in business in Florida for many years I must say I am so impressed by the professional manner exhibited by every Precision staff member I communicated with. It began with your on the phone representative who scheduled the appointment, then your in the field representative who first called to confirm he was on his way and, then once at my home, explained what needed to be done and how he would do it in timely fashion. When the work was completed I had the comfort to believe it was done in the most professional cost efficient manner.

Response to our garage door problem was quick and efficient. Our tech, Ken, was quite knowledgeable and friendly and put us at ease. We contacted Precision after a recent accident with our current garage door. Our technician, Jeff, was prompt, professional, polite, and patient throughout the service call. Truly an example of what every homeowner hopes to have when faced with contacting a new service professional. Jeff was thorough in his inspection and advised of the options for both short term and long term repair options. He did not pressure us into replacing our doors, but after weighing the pros and cons, we decided to replace them with hurricane rated new doors. Jeff was able to temporarily repair our current non working door until new doors could be installed. He is an excellent example of the Precision Door team and I am glad we are working with such a reputable company. Thanks Jeff and Jim for all of your help! We will tell everyone about Precision!
