My children broke my garage door last night at 7:30 PM. I gave up trying to fix it at 9:45 PM and called Precision. Stephanie took my call and was able to give me a very accurate time Mike would arrive the following morning. After inspecting my situation Mike gave me a few different options for the repair. He had the time and parts to do an extensive repair and had it complete under two hours. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Thank you for a job well done.

Just had our new door installed. The men were polite, professional and did an excellent job. We could not be happier! The new door is very quiet, and the men made sure the door fit perfectly. When the opener we originally had was not quite strong enough, the men accommodated us by arranging for their service man to drop off a new one, installing it the same time.
