My experience with Precision Doors from start to finish was a pleasure. I called late Saturday afternoon & was pleasantly surprised that a service call on the weekend was free, as long as service was done. I was given a window time of 8:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. They followed up with an e-mail confirmation as well as a bio of the Technician, Roberto (Bobby) with a picture so I knew who to expect. On Sunday morning the Technician called at 8:15 to tell me he would be there within 30 minutes. He arrived soon after that. He explained to my husband & I what needed to be done & what our options were as well as prices. We were very happy with price too.
