My door was untracked, and stuck in the closed position. The Tech. Eric D re racked the door and then diagnosed that my door springs were no longer providing the force nessessary to keep the door from unracking again and eventuly would burn out my garage door opener. He replaced the springs that were worn and cracking and re racked and balanced the door. Eric did a great job.

My experience with Precision Doors from start to finish was a pleasure. I called late Saturday afternoon & was pleasantly surprised that a service call on the weekend was free, as long as service was done. I was given a window time of 8:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. They followed up with an e-mail confirmation as well as a bio of the Technician, Roberto (Bobby) with a picture so I knew who to expect. On Sunday morning the Technician called at 8:15 to tell me he would be there within 30 minutes. He arrived soon after that.
