We used Precision garage door 2 years ago to replace and install a new insulated garage door and new precision 801series opener. We started having an issue with the door opener motor. When the springs on my garage door broke, I called Precision who installed my beautiful new garage door about 5-years ago. They responded very promptly and were on-site in about an hour from my call. My service technician Jose did an exceptional job of repairing the door and installing the new springs to get me operational again.
