I can not begin to tell you how impressed I am with your company, but most especially the gentleman that you have representing your company. Jose was my service tech and he went above and beyond!!! I had originally met with Mo Better garage door co and I was lied to and not only did they not service the door correctly, I paid for replacement rollers and they didn't even put the bottom one on because it was too difficult! On the other hand, Jose was exceptional, He was honest with me about the issues with the door and went out of his way to fix what the Mo Better screwed up, but then he made it better that it was to begin with. You have an amazing asset to your company in Jose!!! He should get a raise!!!

I had Precision Door do a complete overhaul of my door in NY and they did a great job. Called the West Palm branch and Adrian came out and replaced the key pad and did a few other things to get me hooked up with the app on my phone. I called at 9 am for service and had my tech, Tyrone, at my door at 11:30 am. Tyrone walked me through an evaluation of my garage door/opener system and quickly assessed the issues and gave me the quote. I decided to move forward and the work was all complete by 3:30 pm. The door works great now. Tyrone explained operation and maintenance moving forward and extended his information in case I had any questions in the future. Very happy with the service! Highly recommend.

Purchased a Lift Master Door opener in 2021 from D&D. Called D&D for service and stated it was the opener, and the service receptionist did not know if they could fix it. A friend referred me to Precision, they fixed it. Simple as that, D&D sells them, but can't fix them, Go Figure? Thank You Tyrone, he knew his Lift Master Openers.

Outstanding work. The door was never this quiet or smooth until Jose correctly diagnosed the problems. Stronger springs were needed (they were replaced twice before but not apparently with the right ones) as were new rollers. Programmed everything and made it real easy for us to use. Can't thank Jose enough.

Called Thursday evening after my garage door would not open. Was given an appointment for 8am Friday morning. Chris the technician arrived right on time and immediately recognized that one of the springs had broken. He provided a reasonable estimate and had the door operating again in less than two hours. He was professional and explained several things that I should do to help keep the door operating well in the future. The service from the response to my call to through the repair process could not have been better. This was the second time I used Precision - replaced the motor two years ago - and another great example of superior service.
