I made an appointment online and was able to get same day service. I couldn't figure out what was wrong. Illana was here on time and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. She fixed the garage on my shed and she was also able to replace the rubber piece on the large main house garage. The pricing was affordable. Illana was very professional, kind and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Precision Door to my family and friends. Illana is definitely an asset to your company.

This is the second time I've used your company. Everyone is courteous, polite, and professional. I called at 8:10 am and the service tech was here at 9:30 am. Jose Espinoza was polite, looked at the problem, and told me what was wrong, what it would take to fix it, and the cost. Once done he pointed out that the bottom seal on the door needed replacing. I authorized the fix which was done quickly.

Woke up on a Saturday morning to find I had a broken spring. Called this company for the first time and they had someone respond within two hours. The technician, David Hoffa, was very efficient and professional. I was very pleased with the whole experience and would use them in the future and certainly recommend them as well.

Precision was very responsive. This was an emergency, in that the garage door would not open and both of our cars were "trapped" inside. A tech was at the house within 90 minutes of my call - other places could only schedule me days out. The tech - Tyler - was professional, informative, and efficient. Once the repair began (complete replacement of the springs, straightening a wrenched roller bracket, some other wheels/bearings replacements) it took roughly 35 minutes, including testing and lubrication. I recommend Precision if you're in the Wellington area.

Way too expensive service, $70 pair of springs replacement cost me $750, it means more than $600 labor....disappointing.

My ancient Garage Door motor died Good Friday (night) after many years of service. We have been in our house 38 years. We knew this day would come. At 9 pm (to my surprise) Precision Door was taking calls until 10pm. I was quickly set up with an appointment for Saturday (10am-noon). By 2pm (less than 24 hours) my entire system was up and running with new motor, springs, rollers, pulleys. QUIET, SMOOTH running operation. LOGAN was FANTASTIC. He programmed the hand held remotes, the vehicle garage door opener buttons, the exterior wall entry key pad and walked us through the phone app. AMAZING PRODUCT. GREAT COMPANY. FANTASTIC TECHNICIAN.
