Excellent company that truly cares about their customers. Merrick was my install rep who explained everything and showed me how to use the product. It took awhile to get the camera hooked up to my phone , but Merrick stayed in the hot garage sweating until we got it right and I understood how easy it is to use. Excellent company from head to toe. Use Precision!

Michael was terrific. Everything was broken on the garage door but the door itself. Brand new operating system installed springs, cables, rollers, overhead motor and much more tweaking with the door. Heard a bang in the garage this morning and by 10 the repairs had begun and Michael was here working. Can’t ask for better service, knowledgeable technician and customer service.

Great service from beginning to end! Called for broken spring to be replaced after 5pm and was able to get a technician to my home by 8am the next morning and he was done with a complete overhaul on replacement of all moving parts in just over 2 hours! Including inspection and repair options! Jose E. was our technician and he was extremely professional and efficient! Appreciated his knowledge and expertise! Went for the best option to have everything working as good as new for many years to come. It was an extreme pleasure working with this company and their technician Jose E! Such a pleasure to call a company and have them perform so well and fast! Can't opinion on prices on this is the first garage door I've had to ever get serviced but definitely didn't feel ripped off by any means! Saved me alot of time and trouble and I am completely satisfied! Thank you guys and special thanks to Jose E!!!! You are awesome!!
