We had an issue with our garage door and called Precision. They scheduled us within a day and our technician Jose E. was very professional and helpful. He replaced our garage door opener, including springs, bearings, etc and did a great job! What I also liked is that Jose gave us a variety of options and didn't pressure us. Highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs!

Technician (Thomas Wich) did an excellent job repairing our garage doors. I will ask for him when I call Precision if they are ever needed again in my home. Service call was made at 8:13, and (just as promised) technician called at 9:43 to advise he would arrive in 35 minutes, which was in the first part of the 10:00 - noon window committed to by the company. The 5 star rating is for Karter. He was outstanding, very personable and friendly. He explained what probably caused the motor to die. He inspected our whole system and gave us 3 different recommendations to choose from. He did his best to give us the best price possible. That is important to us as we are seniors, retired living on a fixed income. Besides a new opener he replaced the springs, gave it a tuneup, helped us to link our phones to the opener and showed us how the app works. Karter is a credit to your company. My only complaint is PRICE. I understand that eveything id expensive these days but I believe something can be done price wise to assist us seniors. Overall the 5 STAR rating is well deserved.

What started with the keypad failing began the eventual failure of my garage door controls and the motor. I had used another company for annual servicing, but I had not been happy with the thoroughness and professionalism of them. Fortunately, I contacted Precision Door Service of South Florida [on its website] because I had remembered seeing the service vans in my area of Palm Beach County. I was given an appointment for the next day. Thanks to the professionalism, understanding of the multi problems with my existing system, Karter tackled each with equanimity and work ethics usually found in someone of greater experience and age. My system has been totally refreshed with much needed updated equipment and care. Oh, one more thing, what was supposed to pass as servicing with my former service was a joke compared to the detail given to the nuts and bolts thoroughness that 'Precision' j[Karter] performed. Jose the tech was an outstanding ambassador for the company as was the tel. rep who scheduled my initial appointment, basically within a couple of hours of my call on a Saturday late morning! Technician confirmed and arrived on time and gave an excellent presentation and did an excellent job. But you will pay a premium. I discovered they are a franchise and if I was younger I'd definitely look at buying in.
