Michael was terrific. Everything was broken on the garage door but the door itself. Brand new operating system installed springs, cables, rollers, overhead motor and much more tweaking with the door. Heard a bang in the garage this morning and by 10 the repairs had begun and Michael was here working. Can’t ask for better service, knowledgeable technician and customer service.

Great service from beginning to end! Called for broken spring to be replaced after 5pm and was able to get a technician to my home by 8am the next morning and he was done with a complete overhaul on replacement of all moving parts in just over 2 hours! Including inspection and repair options! Jose E. was our technician and he was extremely professional and efficient! Appreciated his knowledge and expertise! Went for the best option to have everything working as good as new for many years to come. It was an extreme pleasure working with this company and their technician Jose E! Such a pleasure to call a company and have them perform so well and fast! Can't opinion on prices on this is the first garage door I've had to ever get serviced but definitely didn't feel ripped off by any means! Saved me alot of time and trouble and I am completely satisfied! Thank you guys and special thanks to Jose E!!!! You are awesome!!

Mike G was outstanding. Went so far above and beyond what’s expected of a technician. He stayed to show us how everything worked and how to maintain it. He even brought a blower and dusted my whole garage. I want this guy as godfather to my kids. Joking aside, he was outstanding.

Our garage door opener wouldn’t work. We called to schedule an appointment, we were fortunate enough to have a technician (Alex)come out the same day. I told Alex we had encountered three power failures within three days. Alex troubleshot the problem and said the unit needed replace. He had an identical opener in his truck, 30 minutes later we were up and running. Extremely nice technician!

Our door opener quit after 13 yrs & the original company is out of business so based on online reviews I took a chance with Precision. Glad I did. Merrick showed up on time the next day and replaced the opener in less than 2 hrs. Fast, friendly and efficien
