Impeccable Customer Service & Response I Woke up and discovered my 15yr old unit had failed. Upon calling Precision they had a tech out within a few hours. Logan and Jose called us when they were on their way. They arrived on time and after introducing themselves, they got to work on removing the old door. Logan told me to come out anytime to see how they were progressing. I checked a few times and was pleasantly surprised to see how well they worked together, every move was well coordinated.
