Our garage door motor broke on New Year's Eve morning and Jose called at 1:30 PM to say he was on his way. He fixed our garage door and made it work like new. Very curteous and wore a mask.

I checked on Precision Doors and the rating was great. I called and made an appointment- they came the same day. Had a problem with the noise openning and closing. When the technician got to my home - Adam- he checked and told me exactly what the problem was. He was Fantastic! He explained what was needed and recommended. He took his time and fixed the problem. I must add Adam was personable, new what he was doing and took his time to fix the problem. My garage doors work like new. I would highly recommend Precision Doors and will now only work with this company. Again I must add that Adam was Great!!! He said just wait until I’m done/ and he was so right! He said my reaction to the doors opening and closing after he fixed it was just what he wanted to see. Over all Fantastic!! I would rate this and Adam AAAAAAA Plus.

Impeccable Customer Service & Response I Woke up and discovered my 15yr old unit had failed. Upon calling Precision they had a tech out within a few hours. They did a cursory evaluation on repair & replacement options & allowed me to make a decision without any pressure.
