Short answer, yes. The work was just exactly as related to me by the repairman. (William). There was no pressure and no canned sales pitch. He told me that the problem was man made and in effect I could have done without any repairs but there were some issues that I needed to be aware of. Parts and labor were available at that time and I was informed of the cost before and work was performed . My husband and I started shopping around for new garage doors. When I called your company to set up a free estimate, I was greeted on the phone by a very pleasant girl who set me up with a date that was good for me. I saw that you had e-mailed me to remind me of the appointment and also sent a picture of the salesman who would come to the house. I was extremely impressed with Joshua. He was courteous, answered all of my questions and was quite patient with me. I had never had to buy new garage doors....my old ones came with the house 28 years ago when we purchased our home. Joshua spent 2 hours explaining everything. He had door samples with him....so it was nice to see the actual color I was getting. Because of Joshua, we did decide to buy our doors from your company.
