From start to finish, Precision Garage Door company was courteous and professional. Our old door quit working and their service technician Eric came promptly and did the inspection. Precision has a very reliable service. I have used them 2 times now, one time for a general checkup because the garage door was making lot of noise. The next time when the springs in the garage door has to be replaced after 10 years. Both time, customer service was prompt in sending the technician at the right time. I set up the appointment and was totally surprised when the service technician told me he would come to my home after 8:00 PM. I work 2 jobs and it is difficult to have anything done.
