I have used PRECISION before, and was delighted to able to "snag" a technician who was in the neighborhood working on a neigbor's garage door to come to my home to help me with the exterior remote opener. The technician, David Hoffa, was very polite, helpful...timely...and got the fix made very quickly. Am delighted with the service...and will continue to use PRECISION for routine service as well as needed "significant repairs" that may arise in the future.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Owens for the first time when I received a phone call from him introducing himself and taking the time to ask me about my day. Our appointment was scheduled from 10AM to 12PM and he was calling to see if 10:30 AM was a good time to meet and go over my garage door needs and concerns. Mr. Owens was very punctual and extremely knowledgeable of his job and products that Precision Garage Door company provide and what would best fit our needs, which is a whole new garage door and wall mount opener. What I best took away from my conversation with Mr. Owens was his care of answering my questions to my needs and not making us feel that he was in our home to sell us things we did not need, but to provide us with the very best products to beautify our home with a hurricane approved Garage door. Our original call was to replace an old operator with a new WiFi enabled one. We purchased our home less than a year ago and also wanted the door serviced because we were unsure when it was last serviced and the door was quite jerky and noisy. Having had some prior experience with garage door repairs in our other homes, we knew more needed to be done other than the operator replacement. Both Logan and David arrived timely and were very professional. They educated us on what was going on with the door: Old/Worn spring, aging cables, and end of life metal rollers. We were especially impressed they had all parts on the vehicle to perform the repairs and replace the operator. Work was done timely and neatly. After work was completed, Logan and David spent time reviewing with us the work performed. We are thoroughly satisfied with the technicians' knowledge and professionalism.

I was having a problem opening and closing my garage door. I contacted.Precision Door Service because of all of their 5 star reviews and the comments by their satisfied customers. It was easy for me to contact Precision online. I got a call back soon after from a lady who was helpful and professional. She scheduled an appointment on the day and time range I requested. The technician who would be doing the job was Julio Rodriguez. Along with his name, I was sent his picture and background information on his experience doing this type of work. Julio called me on the morning of his appt, notifying me that he could come earlier if I wanted. I said that I did, and he arrived earlier than the originally scheduled time range. Precision had a tracking system where I could see his location as he approached. When Julio arrived, he was appropriately addressed with his name on his shirt, I recognized him from the picture that was provided, so I felt sure I was letting the right person in the house. He checked out the garage door system, identified the problem and made some suggestions. He showed me on his computer and explained different options, never pressuring me to take any of them. When I made a choice, he already had the equipment in his truck, and immediately went to work, finishing in a reasonable amount of time. He showed me the changes he made, how to use them and patiently answered my questions. Julio was professional. Soon after he left, I received follow up messages from Precision, in particularly from their President, which indicates to me that they care about the complete satisfaction of their customers. Based on all of the above, I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Chose because at 9:30 on a Saturday night they were still open. When the service man came, he did an evaluation and suggested some repairs but when he started, realized that they were not necessary. What a relief! I saved $400. Good prompt service, quick repairs, and no pressure for spending more than needed.

I have used Precision in the past to service my garage door. They were very knowledgeable and professional so I called them again to get an estimate on a hurricane-rated garage door. We liked Dale, the sales rep who responded to our request. He was nice, professional, and exuded confidence and integrity. Dale walked us thru all the door options and what the permit and installation processes would be like. We bought a beautiful door at a competitive, fair price, although we were really buying him because he just comes across as an honest, knowledgeable, and friendly guy. No slick snake oil tactics, just honesty and integrity. Whereas, the door still has to be installed, we recommend this company based on their products and sales personnel.
