Chose because at 9:30 on a Saturday night they were still open. When the service man came, he did an evaluation and suggested some repairs but when he started, realized that they were not necessary. What a relief! I saved $400. Good prompt service, quick repairs, and no pressure for spending more than needed.

I have used Precision in the past to service my garage door. They were very knowledgeable and professional so I called them again to get an estimate on a hurricane-rated garage door. We liked Dale, the sales rep who responded to our request. He was nice, professional, and exuded confidence and integrity. Dale walked us thru all the door options and what the permit and installation processes would be like. We bought a beautiful door at a competitive, fair price, although we were really buying him because he just comes across as an honest, knowledgeable, and friendly guy. No slick snake oil tactics, just honesty and integrity. Whereas, the door still has to be installed, we recommend this company based on their products and sales personnel.

I had used Precision in New Jersey so when my garage door needed a maintenance I called Precision. They were in constant through email up until they arrived for my service. Recommended certified installer by LiftMaster. By far the best garage door company I have the pleasure to experience in 12 years. When the estimate came in at over $900, I was in shock. Two springs (On Amazon for $76) plus one half hour of work does not warrant that kind of charge! Unfortunately, the process used of paying for a service call to get an estimate, discourages competitive bidding. Companies charge you for coming out and giving an estimate. The fact remains that this price was over the top, in my opinion. Try another company!

My service call could not have been better. I am not the ideal customer, only owning a home with a garage for less than three years and being tech challenged. When I first moved into my house, Precision came and had to replace the motor. Everything has worked perfectly since then until yesterday. The door wouldn’t close. The technician who came could not have been more helpful. Eyron is skilled, courteous and professional. He corrected my problem quickly and then spent time with me explaining the information needed to safely operate the door. I could not recommend Precision more highly. The young lady that took by call was polite, knowledgeable, and showed a sense of urgency for my need of a same day appointment to fix my door that was stuck in the open position with a broken cable. I called for service at 8:00 am and had a service person at my door at 10 am - amazing. The service person, Michael, recognized and diagnosed the problem immediately, also noticed several other impending safety concerns that needed to be addressed and he could fix while at the house if I wanted and quoted the cost before starting the work. He clearly knew what needed to be done, took time to show me where the problem areas were and then worked quickly and efficiently to replace the broken parts and repair the door, cleaning up after he was finished. No question about who we will call if there is a next time or who we will recommend to our friends and neighbors.
