We use Precision Door Service of South Florida all the time, requested service call for maintenance and spring adjustment. Service technician Julio came out same day and educated me with annual door maintenance requirements. Garage door operation is much smoother now and Julio did a great job and is customer driven.

We were able to get an appointment with Precision Garage Door Service very quickly. The technician who came to our house, Ilana, did a great job. Ilana completely replaced our old system and was very efficient, professional and courteous. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I’ve used Precision Garage Door services in the past and was and am still very pleased with their service and attention to detail. My only hesitation dffrom giving them 5 stars is pricing. Last Feb, 2025) the price for a more envolved service was $90 this year the service call cost me $150. That’s a big increase!

Original installer of our garage door. I remember them doing a very professional job, so when the spring broke (years later), I did not hesistate to call them. I was concerned that the holiday was comng up and if I couldn't open the garage door, it would be a problem. Precision replaced most moving parts last year. Door was like new again. They were very good so when we had a problem today, we called and they sent someone right out. Naturally we couldn't recreate issue but he thinks he knows what was happening and reprogrammed the settings under warranty. Will see if that works. Both men were very professional and primary tech seemed very knowledgeable.
