I am a customer. The first time I called having a problem with my garage door a service gentleman was here the same day. Two days after Hurricane Irma I had a different issue with my garage door and again you sent a service man the very next day. I am so grateful for the service you provide. Kyle Duff was my service man. He was very professional, courteous and very patient in answering all of my question. He explained everything very well and gave me confidence in knowing how to use everything in the proper way. A comfort to know that when I need help from Precision Garage Door you are always here to help me. Thank you for all you do. H. Karp Now N

I'm so happy with my new garage doors... the process was effortless on my part... Precision handled everything... technician's arrived on time, they left the garage clean when they completed there job. Once the job was completed the technician explained about the operation of the new doors. Thank you to everyone from the sales rep who sold the job to Samantha who kept us posted while we waited to have the doors made, color change and permit approval and to the two tech's who installed. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors. You don't find this quality of service and employees very often. Thanks again Precision Door

Dave and Jose did an excellent job repairing my broken garage door. First, they accessed the repair, and explained my options. They were both good with communicating my garage doors needs so I could make an informed decision. I am 100% satisfied with my repair, and at a fair price. Thanks again to Dave and Jose. I'm a repeat customer because I trust Precision Door service.

Our garage door broke in the morning as we were heading out for the day. Precision not only fixed our door - that day - but switched out our opener so the left side of our house doesn't shake and creak every time the door goes up. We are enjoying our new quiet home and modern opener. Service was fantastic from start to finish!

Very professional and courteous. Could definitely recommend. Installed new spring system and synthetic rollers (door is 14yrs old and had steel *LOUD* rollers). Door opening/closing is now sneaky-ninja quiet. *Now possible to sneak out with-out wife detection; which is nice!*

Your trained technician arrived on time. He was polite informed spoke clearly and completed his task as stated. What a pleasure! I had to leave for an appointment and the technician had to get a part at Home Depot. I don't know how he made it back from the store in 15 minutes. Amazing! I paid for the service and left. When I returned everything was completed as promised. Definite recommendation '
