I chose Precision having read the reviews. Eric from Precision called us to tell when he would be at at home....and what do you know...he was on time! Eric was friendly and professional. He saw the apparent problem immediately, but still took the time to thoroughly inspect the garage door and all its components. He did the repair quickly and then lubed and the moving parts. He stuck to the quote. No extra fees. The best part of this experience was that my wife and I both agree that the garage door now works better and is a lot quieter than it was when it was new.
