Our technician Noah arrived early for our appointment and immediately diagnosed a broken spring problem. He unbend the drive shaft and was able a get a part in his truck that perfectly matched my piece that had broken. He was courteous, knowledgeable and quick.

I was glad that someone came out to service the door on the day I called in but was disappointed in the amount charged. I was told when I called there would be an $89.00 for the home service call, but that woul go towards the repair. The technician was very polite and we were told they just needed a lube and tune on my 2 doors, which is what he did. He was there maybe, 20 to 30 minutes and when he was done the charge was $189.00. I think that is very high for spraying some lubricant on the runners of the doors.
